Scarlet's Story

Scarlet has been at the shelter a very long time waiting patiently for the right family to finally notice her. She is a very well behaved and chilled out older girl who does not make much noise at all. She does have the beginnings of arthritis in her hind knees but it doesn't stop her enjoying life to the fullest. A lady who knows how to enjoy the finer bits of life and who knows which staff at the shelter always carry treats, she could also do with going on a bit of a diet (which would also help with the arthritis). With some gentle management and supplements, she could live very happily in a home environment. She is quite relaxed and could live with dogs, cats and children ages 4+.
